摘要
随着外围油田深入开发,零散区块不断开采,采油厂能耗升高问题日益凸显。部分零散整装区块周边区域不断外扩,产气量增加,在满足站场自耗的情况下,富余气全部放空;部分小区块分布零散、规模小、产量低,未建设集气管道,伴生气只能富余放空;天然气的放空不仅导致了能源的浪费,而且不符合环保要求。部分新建无依托的区块采用电加热集油系统,造成了电加热耗电所占比例逐年升高,能耗上升越来越快。为实现零散整装区块富余气最大效益回收,通过调整燃气电站供气方式、新建混输管道、建设轻烃回收站的方式,实现富余伴生气的“应集尽集”。针对零散拉油点“井少站远无依托”、伴生气无法外输的问题,探索了井场燃气发电、并网回收、增压回收的分类治理方式;针对电加热集油系统能耗高的问题,通过优化设计参数、推广时控温控组合控制方式、加强电加热系统运行管理、关停低效设备管网的方式,实现降低能耗指标的目的。
With the further development of peripheral oilfields,and continuous exploitation of scat-tered blocks,the problem of increasing energy consumption in oil production plants becomes increas-ingly prominent.With the continuous expansion of the peripheral area of some scattered integral blocks,gas production increases,all the surplus gas is emptied in the case of satisfying the self-con-sumption.Since some small blocks are scatterly distributed,have small scale,and low output,and no gas collection pipeline is constructed,so associated gas can only be emptied.The venting of natural gas not only leads to the waste of energy,but also does not meet the requirements of environmental protec-tion.An electric heating oil collection system is adopted in some unsupported blocks,resulting in a higher proportion of electric heating energy consumption and a faster increase in energy consumption.In order to achieve the maximum benefit recovery of surplus gas in scattered integral blocks,the“should be collected,all be collected”collection of surplus associated gas can be realized by adjusting the gas supply mode of the gas power station,constructing mixed transportation pipeline and light hydrocarbon recovery station.Aiming at the problems of scattered oilfield stations,which has few wells,long dis-tance,no support,and the associated gas cannot be exported,the classified treatment methods of gas power generation,grid-connected recovery and pressurized recovery are explored.Aiming at the prob-lem of high energy consumption of electric heating oil collecting system,the energy consumption index can be reduced by optimizing the parameters,popularizing the combined mode of time and tempera-ture control,strengthening the operation management of the electric heating system,and shutting down the pipe network of inefficient equipment.
