摘要
S油田属于大庆外围低渗透油田,井深、产量低、含蜡高(含蜡量在24%左右),属于高含蜡油田,经过多年的清防蜡管理实践,形成了“加药为主、热洗为辅、多举措并存”的清防蜡管理模式,其中加药占整个清防蜡管理措施的90%以上,主要以“小药量、多频次”管理理念为主。但随着产能井的增加、清蜡剂因安全隐患问题取消使用后,逐步凸现出“中低含水清蜡效果差、加药工作量大、能耗增加”等一系列矛盾,导致结蜡井比例呈现出“不降反升”的趋势,而结蜡直接与产量、能耗、成本、工作量等方面息息相关,为缓解结蜡导致的一系列矛盾,必然要提升机采井清防蜡质量,确保其实施效果。在此形势下,探索了“四保一定”清防蜡精细管理体系,并应用于节能实践中,两年合计节电78×10^(4)kWh,节约成本5848.61万元,实现了降本增效的目的。
S oilfield belongs to low permeable oil fields in the peripheral daqing and well depth,low output,each block wax content is around 24%,belonging to high waxy oil field.After years of paraf-fin management practice,it has formed a"dosing supplemented,hot wash,much move coexist"par-affin management mode,including dosing accounts for more than 90%of the paraffin management measures."Small dosage and frequency's"management idea takes up main aspects.But with the in-crease of production Wells,paraffin removal agent is cancelled due to security concerns,which gradu-ally increases a series of contradictions such as low and medium water cut dosing volume,power con-sumption and causes wax precipitation well rate present a"don't drop the rise trend,"and"wax directly with yield,energy consumption and cost,effort,etc.To alleviate the wax precipitation leading to a series of contradictions,it is bound to hoist production well paraffin quality and ensure its implementa-tion effect.In this situation,exploring the"four protect certain"paraffin fine management system and being applied to the energy saving practice have obtained the good effect.
