摘要
喇嘛甸油田湿气脱水效果较差,在冬季生成的天然气水合物常常造成管道、阀门和设备等堵塞,造成集气困难,影响正常的运行与生产。针对现有问题及措施,开展冬季外输气管线防冻堵技术调研,分析天然气水合物形成的原因,明确不同外输气管线防冻堵技术的应用现状,对其技术进行优缺点分析,并对我厂防冻堵技术进行探讨。通过对减级布站工艺进行分析,优选最佳二级布站流程,达到减少外输气管线冻堵目的的同时,充分利用地层能量、减少集输半径、节能效益显著,具有较好的应用效果。综合来看,此技术具有很大的推广应用价值,为油田后期管理提供有效助力。
Lamadian Oilfield has a poor moisture dehydration effect.The effect of moisture dehydration is poor in Lamadian oilfield.The gas hydrate generated in winter often causes blockage of pipelines,valves and equipment,resulting in difficulty in gas collection and affecting normal operation and production.In view of the existing problems and measures,the research on anti-freezing and blocking technology of external gas transmission pipeline in winter was carried out to analyze the causes of the formation of natural gas hydrate,clarify the application status of anti-freezing and blocking technology of different external gas transmission pipeline,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the technology,and discuss the anti-freezing and blocking technology of our factory.Through the analysis of the process of step-down distribution,the optimal two-stage distribution process is selected to reduce the freezing and blocking of the external gas pipeline,and at the same time,the formation energy is fully utilized,the gathering radius is reduced,the energy saving benefit is remarkable,and the application effect is good.On the whole,this technology has great promotion and application value,and provides effective help for the final-period management of oilfield.
