高职学生工匠精神影响就业竞争力的调查分析——以武汉职业技术学院为例

Investigation and Analysis on Craftsman Spirit and Employment Competitiveness of Higher Vocational Students——Take Wuhan Polytechnic as an Example

通过对武汉职业技术学院部分往届毕业生的问卷调查,检验学生个体所具备的工匠精神元素对就业结果的影响,运用经济学定量分析研究方法找出能直接增强毕业生就业竞争力的工匠精神元素,因子并对高职院校培育学生工匠精神的策略和方法进行探究,提出合理建议。

Through the questionnaire survey of some former graduates of Wuhan Polytechnic,this paper tests the impact of the craftsman spirit elements possessed by students on the employment results,uses the quantitative analysis and research method of economics to find out the craftsman spirit elements that can directly enhance the employment competitiveness,explores the strategies and methods of cultivating students'craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
