摘要
构建高水平、结构化教师教学创新团队是促进高素质“双师型”教师队伍建设的有力支撑。本研究分析了新时代高职院校结构化教师教学创新团队建设的基本特征和制约因素,并基于“和合共生”哲学理念,从团队文化建设、成员结构配置、考核评价机制等方面对高职院校结构化教师教学创新团队建设路径进行了研究。
The construction of high-leveled and structured teaching innovation teams is a strong support for the building of high quality teaching staff in vocational colleges.This essay analyzes the current situation and difficulties of building the teaching innovation team.Based on the concept of“harmony and cooperation”,the essay discusses the teaching team construction path from aspects of the team culture,the structure,and the evaluation,etc.
