Countermeasures of Career Planing for Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

教师队伍建设是高等职业院校顺利发展的决定性因素之一,尤其是青年教师队伍成为了高等职业院校师资主力军。在新时代如何创新高等职业院校青年教师的职业生涯规划发展思路,引导其树立正确科学的职业生涯目标已成为重要议题。基于武汉4所高等职业院校开展深入调研,通过对高职青年教师职业生涯规划中所面临的现实困境进行深入分析,并提出规划建议,为提高高等职业院校办学质量,提升师资水平发挥了重要作用,有助于推进高等职业院人才培养呈可持续内涵式发展。

Teaching staff building is one of the decisive factors for the smooth development of higher vocational colleges,with young teachers being the main teaching force.It has become an important issue to guide young teachers'career development scientifically in the new era.Based on the investigation of four higher vocational colleges in Wuhan,this study analyzes the practical difficulties faced by young teachers in their career planning,and puts forward countermeasures,which will help to improve the quality of higher vocational colleges,improve the teaching level of teachers,and promote the sustainable connotative development of talent training.
