摘要
目的研究重楼不同皂苷成分Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ对痤疮相关致病菌的体外抑菌作用。方法以痤疮相关致病菌(痤疮丙酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌)为供试菌种,采用液体微量稀释法检测重楼各皂苷成分的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果重楼皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅶ对痤疮相关致病菌都有较为明显的抑菌效果。其中,重楼皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ对痤疮丙酸杆菌的MIC均为125μg/mL,重楼皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ对表皮葡萄球菌的MIC分别为15.6、15.6、500、31.2μg/mL,对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为15.6、15.6、500、15.6μg/mL。结论重楼皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅶ对痤疮相关致病菌具有较为明显的抑制作用,但重楼皂苷Ⅵ的抑菌作用较差。
Objective In order to study the antibacterial effects of polyphyllinⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅵ,Ⅶon acne-associated pathogens in vitro.Methods Acne-associatedpathogens(Propionibacteriumacnes,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus)were used as the test strains.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of saponins from Paris polyphylla was determined by liquid microdilution.Results MICs of PolyphyllinⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅵ,Ⅶon Propionibacterium acnes were 125μg/mL.MICs of PolyphyllinⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅵ,Ⅶon Staphylococcus epidermidis were 15.6,15.6,500,31.2μg/mL respectively,and the MICs on Staphylococcus aureus were 15.6,15.6,500,15.6μg/mL respectively.Conclusion PolyphyllinⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅶshows obvious antibacterial activity against the main acne-associated pathogens,while PolyphyllinⅥhas poor antibacterial activity.
