Reform of Urban Resources Matching Methods under the Perspective of Sharing Economy

分享经济在全球范围内发展势头依然迅猛,不仅发展规模越来越大,而且涉及领域越来越多。分享经济条件下,城市快速的技术进步引发了信息化高速推进,信息爆炸式增长,服务平台不断产生,有效地解决资源浪费、低效与资源短缺问题,有利于挖掘和利用沉没成本,实现资源充分高效利用、增加社会财富与享受经济社会发展红利。分享经济作为一种新型资源配置方式,核心目标就是对闲置资源的再利用,实现资源优化配置,为解决一系列“城市病”提供有效途径,推动城市精细管理与精准治理。因此,对分享经济背景下城市资源匹配方式变革进行研究是一个具有重大意义的崭新课题。

The sharing economy has been driving ahead with much momentum worldwide in terms of scale and fields.In such a context the rapid progress of urban technologies has led to the high-speed advancement of information,the growth of information explosion,and the ongoing increase of service platforms.Accordingly,such problems as resources waste,low efficiency and resources shortage have been solved,which is conducive to the exploration and use of sunk costs,the full and efficient use of resources,and the expansion of social wealth and economic,social dividends.As a new resources matching method,the sharing economy’s core target is the reuse of idle resources and the optimized matching of resources so as to provide an effective path for"urban ailments"and facilitate the detailed management and targeted governance of cities.Hence,it is of much significance to study the reform of urban resources matching methods under the perspective of sharing economy.
