摘要
切削仿真过程中本构模型的准确建立至关重要,利用改进的有限元反向求解法建立准确的材料本构模型,求解出最优的J-C本构参数,结合ABAQUS构建的热力耦合模型,得到一个精准的切削仿真模型,输出基于热力耦合情况下的切削力,并与实验测量值对比分析,仿真值与实验值基本吻合,验证了模型的准确性与可行性,为关于有效快速精准辨识获取切削力系数,求解切削稳定性提供准备。
The accurate establishment of the constitutive model in the cutting simulation process is very important.The improved finite element inverse solution method is used to establish an accurate material constitutive model,and the optimal JC constitutive pa-rameters are solved.Based on the thermal coupling model constructed by ABAQUS,a precise cutting simulation model is obtained.The cutting force under the condition of thermal coupling is generated,and then compared with the experimental measurement value.The simulation value is basically consistent with the experimental value,which verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the model and provides reference and guidance for quick and accurate identification of cutting force coefficient and realization of cutting stability.
