加拿大一枝黄花多糖提取工艺优化及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨加拿大一枝黄花多糖提取的最佳工艺条件及其抗氧化性,在单因素实验基础上结合响应面法对热水浸提法加拿大一枝黄花多糖提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,加拿大一枝黄花多糖最佳提取工艺参数为:提取温度为90℃,提取时间2.5 h,料液比为1:25。在该提取条件下,经过重现性试验,加拿大一枝黄花多糖的提取率为6.95%,与模型预测值相符。该多糖具有一定的抗氧化性,对O2-·自由基、·OH自由基、DPPH·自由基的清除率分别为61.10%、58.91%、63.02%。本研究为加拿大一枝黄花大规模开发利用提供了理论依据。 In order to discuss the best obtaining criteria for the sugar content of Solidago canadensis L.and the specificity of antioxidant properties,the three elements of acquisition temperature,acquisition time and non-uniform comparison were selected as variables,and a single element experiment was carried out.Taking the yield of crude polysaccharides from S.canadensis as response value,the design scheme had three elements,three levels of experimental schemes,and the Box-Behnken method was used to improve the processing technology,and scientific research on its anti-oxidation specificity.The results showed that the best acquisition standard was:acquisition temperature was 90℃,acquisition time was 2.5 h,and the ratio of material to liquid was 1:25.Under this standard,the yield of crude polysaccharides was 6.95%,this was consistent with the estimated value of Box-Behnken's response surface solid model.The O2-·clearance rate,·OH and DPPH·were 61.10%,58.91%and 63.02%,respectively.This scientific research had shown the theoretical source for the large-scale comprehensive utilization of S.canadensis.
