摘要 海归教师已成为高校高层次人才队伍的主力军和生力军。在海归教师中发展党员,不仅要有灵活的工作方法,还要从包容中实现价值引领,实现广泛的价值认同,从而使其团结、凝聚在党组织中。以上海理工大学为例,对海归教师党员发展的现状、问题特点、影响因素以及有效举措等进行归纳和分析研究,聚焦高校海归教师价值认同的多元化、利益化、社会化,探索相应的解决对策和建设路径;强化价值引领,增强党组织的吸引力;注重利益导向,增强党组织的感召力;建立保障机制,增强党组织的凝聚力。 Returnees have become the main and fresh force of high-level teaching staff in colleges and universities.To develop CPC members among returnees,it is necessary not only to have flexible working methods,but also to realize value guidance and broad value identification,so as to unite and agglomerate them in the party organization.This paper summarizes recent development of CPC members among the returnees in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology,and analyzes the status quo,characteristics,influencing factors and effective measures.It focuses on diversification,interestmaximization and socialization of value recognition among returnees in colleges and universities,exploring corresponding solutions to existing problems.The research strengthens value guidance interest orientation and cohesion guarantee of the party organization to enhance attraction and mechanism establishment of the party organization.
