摘要
利用硅烷偶联剂KH550将氨基官能团修饰在纳米钛酸钡颗粒(BT)表面。采用溶液浇铸法制备磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)/改性钛酸钡(KH550-BT)复合质子交换膜。借助酸碱对的交联作用,将纳米颗粒均匀镶嵌在聚合物基体中。利用扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)观察了KH550-BT在SPEEK基体中的分散情况并系统研究了KH550-BT掺杂量对复合质子交换膜性能的影响。结果显示,KH550-BT的加入能明显提高SPEEK的质子电导率、甲醇阻隔性及选择性。室温下,将0.5%(质量分数)的KH550-BT掺杂进SPEEK后,SPEEK/KH550-BT-0.5的选择性达到20.4×10^(4)S·s/cm^(3),与同配比的SPEEK/BT-0.5和SPEEK相比,分别提升了15.4%和13.5%。
The barium titanate(BT)was modified by KH550 to improve its dispersion in polymers.The sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone)(SPEEK)/KH550 modified barium titanate(KH550-BT)composite proton exchange membrane was prepared by solution casting method.The nanoparticles were uniformly embedded in the polymers by the crosslinking effect of acid-base pairs.The dispersion of KH550-BT in SPEEK was observed by SEM.The influence of KH550-BT doping content on the properties of composite membrane was studied systematically.The results show that the addition of KH550-BT can improve the proton conductivity,methanol resistance and selectivity of SPEEK membrane.The selectivity of SPEEK/KH550-BT-0.5 is 20.4×10^(4)S·s/cm^(3),which is 15.4%and 13.5%higher than that of SPEEK/BT-0.5 and SPEEK,respectively.
