氢燃料电池堆空气流量优化调节装置

摘要 针对氢燃料电池堆关键部件膜电极的劣化模式,提出了一种基于膜电极单体电压数据的氢燃料电池堆空气流量优化调节方法,将电池堆温度压力、电池堆输出电流、膜电极单体电压数值协同运算,实时优化调节氢燃料电池堆空气供给流量,有助于缓解膜电极高电位和电位循环的问题,并用实验验证了设计的有效性。 According to the degradation mode of the membrane electrode in hydrogen fuel cells stack,based on membrane electrode voltage data,the optimized method of air flow regulation for hydrogen fuel cell stack was proposed.The data of the temperature,the pressure and the output current of the cell stack and the voltage of the membrane electrode were cooperatively calculated to realize the optimized adjustment of air flow supply for hydrogen fuel cells stack,helping to alleviate the problems of high potential and potential circulation of membrane electrodes.The effectiveness of the design was verified by experimental results.
