室内铝幕墙用有机-无机杂化涂层的制备及其性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆配方为基础,通过加入硅溶胶改性剂,制得有机-无机杂化涂料。研究了不同种类硅溶胶对涂层基本性能的影响,筛选出合适的硅溶胶并优化了硅溶胶的用量。通过加入附着力促进剂,改善了涂层与基材之间的附着力,并测试了最终得到的有机-无机杂化涂层的综合性能。结果表明:硅溶胶的加入使得涂层的硬度得到明显提高,但涂层的光泽、附着力、耐冲击性等性能会有一定程度的下降。硅溶胶的质量分数在20%时,得到的有机-无机杂化涂层的综合性能较好,可以作为室内装饰幕墙涂层应用于公共场所。 Based on the basic formula of waterborne acrylic amino baking paint,organic-inorganic hybrid coatings were prepared with the addition of silica sol as modifier.The effects of different kinds of silica sols on the basic properties of the coating were studied.The appropriate silica sol was selected and the addition amount of silica sol was optimized.By adding adhesion promoter,the adhesion between the coating and the substrate was improved,and the comprehensive properties of the organic-inorganic hybrid coating were tested.The results showed that the silica sol significantly improved the hardness of the coating,but the gloss,adhesion and impact resistance of the coating decreased to a certain extent.When the content of silica sol was 20%,the organic-inorganic hybrid coating had better comprehensive properties and could be used as an indoor decorative curtain wall coating in public places.
