摘要
采用水性环氧乳液STW602和水性胺类固化剂作为成膜物质,制备了双组分水性环氧底漆。探讨了水性胺类固化剂的种类、环氧基与活泼氢的物质的量之比、颜基比、防锈颜料的用量对最终涂层耐盐雾性能的影响。
A two-component waterborne epoxy primer was developed with waterborne epoxy resin emulsion STW602 and waterborne amine epoxy curing agent as film-forming substances.The effects of the type of waterborne amine curing agent,the molar ratio of epoxy group and active hydrogen,the ratio of pigment and resin,and the amount of antirust pigment on the salt spray resistance of the final coating were discussed.
