摘要
采用ICP-OES测定富锌底漆溶剂不溶物中全锌含量是一种新的测定方法。通过溶剂提取、离心分离得到富锌底漆中溶剂不溶物,以体积比2∶1的盐酸/硝酸混合液消解不溶物,将消解液引入ICP-OES进行光谱检测,选择干扰小、强度高的谱线Zn 203.80 nm,绘制校准曲线,测得富锌底漆中的锌含量。该法检测结果准确可靠,和化学方法相比,具有分析速度快、易于操作、成本低和对环境污染小等特点。
Determination of total zinc content in zinc-rich primer solvent insoluble matter by ICP-OES is a new method.The insoluble matter was gotten by solvent extraction and centrifugal separation,and dissolved by hydrochloric acid/nitric acid mixture with volume ratio of 2∶1.The solution was fed into ICP-OES for spectrum detection.The zinc content was acquired by drawing standard curve in the ICP-OES selecting Zn 203.80 nm because of low interference and high intensity.Compared with chemical method,the measured result possessed good accuracy,fast analysis speed,easy operation,low cost and little environmental pollution.
