印度海洋观测预报发展现状和思考

The current status and perspectives of ocean observation and forecasting in India

分析了印度国家海洋信息服务中心及其主导的印度海洋观测预报发展现状,并与我国进行对比。结果表明:印度海洋观测预报的总体能力与我国有一定差距,但是也富有自身特色。围绕观测数据共享和服务、针对性产品开发和国际培训等方面对我国未来发展提出建议。

This paper reviews the latest development of ocean observation and forecasting in India,led by the Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services and makes comparison with that in China.The results show that the overall capability of ocean observation and forecasting in India is lagging behind China to some extent,while it has its own features.Recommendations are proposed for the future development in China in terms of observation data sharing and service,user-oriented products and international training project.
