摘要
为了探究教师的激励性评价与幼儿在集体活动中出现的问题行为之间的关系,笔者在本研究中采用问卷调查法对上海市J幼儿园86名中班幼儿和6名教师进行调查和干预。结果显示:干预前后教师的激励评价存在显著差异,干预后教师激励评价显著增加;激励性评价的教学有利于中班幼儿在集体活动中出现的问题行为的改正。研究建议:采用直接与间接相结合的干预法提升幼儿园教师激励性评价水平;增强教师激励性评价在集体教学活动中的应用,有效预防幼儿问题行为。
In order to explore the relationship between teachers’incentive evaluation and children’s problems behavior in collective activities,this study used the questionnaire method to investigate and intervene 86 middle-class children and six teachers in J kindergarten in Shanghai.The results showed that there were significant differences in teachers’incentive evaluation before and after the intervention,and the incentive evaluation increased significantly after the intervention;and the teaching of incentive evaluation is conducive to the correction of problems behavior of middle class children in collective activities.The research suggests that we should use direct and indirect intervention methods to improve the level of incentive evaluation of preschool teachers and strengthen the application of teachers’incentive evaluation in collective teaching activities and effectively prevent children’s problems behavior.
