基于波像差法的物镜成像系统设计

摘要 基于波动光学光程差建立的光学系统像差理论,波像差由理想波面算起,表示实际波面与理想波面的差距,理想波面可以理解为以理想像点为中心的一个波面,所以光程差也就是波像差。根据光学元件材料折射率对成像光束波像差进行修正,将像差理论扩展到折射光学系统,使得该理论可应用于光束斜入射成像光学系统的像差计算;在光学成像系统中考虑像方空间折射率的关系,以及入射角方向的定义,使得波像差的计算表达式保持统一;应用扩展后的像差理论对成像面光学系统进行像差分析计算,并与Zemax光线追迹结果进行对比,验证波像差理论的有效性。结果表明:该像差理论为光束斜入射成像光学系统的设计、像质评价及优化提供了有效的分析手段。 Based on the theory of optical image examination,the wavefront error is calculated from the ideal wavfront and represents the gap between the actual wavefront and the ideal wavefront.The ideal wavefront can be understood as a wavefront centered on the ideal home point,so the optical path error is also known as the wavefront aberration.The aberration theory is extended to the refraction optical system,so that it can be applied to the calculation of the aberration of the resultant optical system when the beam is slanted.Word in optical imaging system in consideration as space is the relationship between the refractive index,and the definition of the incidence angle between party and makes the calculation expression of wave aberration hold unified application of extended surface aberration theory of imaging optical system aberration analysis calculation,comparing with the results of Zemax ray tracing,verify the validity of the wave aberration theory,the aberration theory,the aberration theory of incident light beam imaging optical system.The system design,image quality evaluation and optimization provide an effective means of analysis.
