装备体系建设现状分析

摘要 阐述我军武器装备体系化发展的必然趋势,分析目前体系化发展存在的问题,提出“需求牵引、紧贴实战”的体系研发新模式,实现了从交装备到交能力的跨越。构建的“三线并行,快速推进”的体系管理架构,可以为装备体系工作的论证及实施提供技术支持。 This text elaborated that the our army weapon material system turns the inevitable trend of the development,analyzing the system to turn to develop the existent problem currently,putting forward the new mode of the system development of “the need leads and sticks the true war tightly”,carrying out from hand over to equip to hand over the ability to cross over.This text set up the system management structure of “three lines proceed together,fast propulsion”,can provide the technique support for argument and implements that equip the system work.
