摘要
构建中国高技术产业国内价值链网络结构分析框架,使用2002、2007与2012年中国省域间投入产出模型,以京津冀电子信息产业为例对省域国内增加值进行分解,并测度增加值视角下京津冀电子信息产业价值链不同环节之间的贸易成本,通过比较上中下游位置上贸易成本的差异,探究产业在价值链上所处位置与贸易成本的关系。研究结果表明:增加值越高,贸易成本越低但存在行业异质性;上游贸易成本随时间有下降趋势,下游贸易成本随时间有上升趋势;电子信息产业链上北京作出的贡献较大。
We build an analytical framework for the network structure of the domestic value chain of China's high-tech industry,use the input-output models between provinces in China in 2002,2007 and 2012,and take the electronic information industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as an example to decompose the provincial domestic added value.Wealso measure the trade cost between different links of the value chain of the electronic information industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from the perspective of added value.By comparing the differences in trade cost between upstream,middle and downstream locations,we explore the relationship between the position of the industry in the value chain and the trade cost.The results show that the higher the added value,the lower the trade cost,but there is industry heterogeneity.The upstream trade cost has a downward trend with time,and the downstream trade cost has an upward trend with time.And Beijing has made great contributions to the electronic information industry chain.
