电极法检测PDS脱硫再生过程状态

摘要 研究了PDS(酞菁钴四磺酸钠)脱硫再生过程的硫离子浓度(0.1~6 mmol·L^(-1)),温度(17.5~55℃),pH值(8~11)及PDS(20~100 mg·L^(-1))等因素对硫离子选择电极和氧化还原电极的影响。硫离子选择电极对硫离子浓度灵敏度更高。随着温度的升高,氧化还原电极电位值下降的幅度更大,大约是硫离子选择电极的10倍。pH值和催化剂PDS对硫离子选择电极的影响更小。说明硫离子选择电极对温度、pH值和PDS的抗干扰性更强。大多数情况下硫离子选择电极的响应时间在3 min之内,比氧化还原电极短。通过测量不同氧硫比条件下主副产品的浓度以及对应的两种电极的电极电位,给出了通过电极电位检测过程氧化状态的方法。 The effects of sulfur ion concentration(0.1-6 mmol·L^(-1)),temperature(17.5-55℃),pH value(8-11)and PDS(Phthalocyanine Cobalt Sulfonate,20-100 mg·L^(-1))on sulfur ion selective electrode and redox electrode in wet oxidation regeneration process were studied.Sulfur ion selective electrode is more sensitive to sulfur ion concentration.With the increase of temperature,the potential value of redox electrode decreased greatly,which was about 10 times that of sulfur ion selective electrode.The pH value and catalyst PDS have less influence on the sulfide ion selective electrode.It shows that the sulfide ion selective electrode is more resistant to temperature,pH value and PDS.In most cases,the response time of the sulfide ion selective electrode is within 3 min,which is shorter than that of the redox electrode.By measuring the concentration of the main and by-products under different oxygen-sulfur ratio conditions and the corresponding electrode potentials of the two electrodes,a method for detecting the oxidation state of the process by the electrode potential is given.
