苦橙花精油化学成分分析及其体外活性 被引量:3

Chemical Constituents of Essential Oil from Citrus Aurantium L.Flowers and Its in Vitro Activities

摘要 分析了苦橙花精油的化学成分并检测其体外抗过敏、美白、抗炎及抑菌活性。使用脂多糖(LPS)诱导小鼠RAW264.7细胞建立炎症模型,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测细胞分泌的白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)。结果表明:从苦橙花精油中检识到36种化学成分,其主要的化合物类别为醇类、萜烯类和酯类化合物。同时,苦橙花精油可以显著抑制透明质酸酶和酪氨酸酶活性,具有美白和抗过敏活性。苦橙花精油还可不同程度地抑制大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、无乳链球菌、沙雷氏菌和枯草芽胞杆菌,抑制LPS诱导的RAW 264.7细胞分泌IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α,具有体外抑菌和抗炎活性。 To analyze the chemical constituents of essential oil from Citrus aurantium L.flowers and determine its anti-allergic,whitening,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities in vitro.Mouse RAW264.7 cells were induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)to establish an inflammatory model.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to measure interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)secreted by cells.The results showed that there were 36 chemical components in the essential oil,among which the main compounds were alcohols,terpenes and esters.Meanwhile,essential oil from Citrus aurantium L.flowers significantly inhibited the activities of hyaluronidase and tyrosinase,showing whitening and anti-allergy activities.The essential oil also inhibited Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus agalactiae,Serratia and Bacillus subtilis,and inhibited the secretion of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αin RAW 264.7 cells induced by LPS,exhibiting antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activities in vitro.The research results provide an important basis for the further development of essential oil from Citrus Aurantium L.flowers.
