摘要
研究了低温(15℃)条件下盐度对序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)脱氮性能及胞外聚合物(EPS)的影响。结果表明:温度为15℃条件下,进水盐度为1.0%时,出水化学需氧量(COD)和NH^(+)_(4)-N浓度分别为87.13%±4.21%和85.39%±9.28%,与盐度为0%时相比分别降低了3.45%和13.16%;进水盐度由0%升高至1%时,比耗氧速率和脱氮速率下降,活性氧生成量和乳酸脱氢酶释放量增加,表明低温下盐度诱导了污泥细胞内氧化应激并造成细胞损伤;进水盐度由0%升高至1.0%时,EPS、松散型EPS(LB-EPS)和紧密型EPS(TB-EPS)含量及LB-EPS和TB-EPS中蛋白与多糖比值增大。
The effects of salinity on nitrogen removal performance and the extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)of sequencing batch biofilm reactor(SBBR)were studied at the low temperature(15℃).The results showed that at temperature of 15℃,the average removal efficiencies of COD and NH^(+)_(4)-N were 87.13%±4.21%and 85.39%±9.28%at 1%salinity,which decreased by 3.45%and 13.16%compared with 0%salinity,respectively.The specific oxygen uptake rate and the nitrogen removal rates decreased with the increase of influent salinity from 0%to 1%,while the production of reactive oxygen species and the release of lactate dehydrogenase increased,indicating that salinity induced oxidative stress and cell damage in sludge cells at low temperature.The content of EPS,loosely bound EPS(LB-EPS),tightly bound EPS(TB-EPS)and the protein/polysaccharide ratio in LB-EPS and TB-EPS increased with the increase of influent salinity from 0%to 1%at 15℃.
