有毒植物山靛在非生物胁迫下表型及生理指标分析

Analysis of Phenotype and Physiological Indexes of Poisonous Plant Shandian(Mercurialis leiocarpa)under Abiotic Stress

摘要 为了探讨有毒植物山靛(Mercurialis leiocarpa Sieb.et Zucc.)的抗盐、抗旱的生理适应机制。本研究以有毒植物山靛种子和幼苗为研究材料,采用不同浓度NaCl(对照组,50,100,150 mmol/L)、不同浓度PEG-6000(对照组,10%,20%,30%)处理山靛种子模拟非生物胁迫(盐,干旱),测定山靛种子萌发率;同时采用不同浓度NaCl、不同浓度PEG-6000处理山靛幼苗,测定生物积累量、丙二醛、脯氨酸和超氧化物歧化酶含量。研究结果表明,种子萌发率随着NaCl及PEG-6000浓度的提高而减小,山靛幼苗生物积累量随着NaCl及PEG-6000浓度的提高依次降低。幼苗中丙二醛、脯氨酸含量随着NaCl及PEG-6000浓度的提高而提升。幼苗中超氧化物歧化酶随着NaCl及PEG-6000浓度的提高而降低。本研究结果初步显示有毒植物山靛在非生物胁迫下,种子萌发率、幼苗形态及有关生理指标均发生显著的变化,研究结果为有毒植物山靛模拟非生物胁迫提供基础研究,为进一步大田栽培和开发提供科学参考。 In order to explore the physiological adaptation mechanism of salt resistance and drought resistance of poisonous plant Shandian(Mercurialis leiocarpa Sieb.Et Zucc.).In this study,the seeds and seedlings of the poisonous plant Shandian were treated with different concentrations of NaCl(Control group,50,100,150 mmol/L)and PEG-6000(Control group,10%,20%,30%)to simulate abiotic stress(Salt and drought),and the germination rate of Shandian seeds was measured.Meanwhile,Shandian seedlings were treated with different concentrations of NaCl and PEG-6000,and the contents of bioaccumulation,malondialdehyde,proline and superoxide dismutase were measured.The results showed that the seed germination rate decreased with the increase of NaCl and PEG-6000concentration,and the biological accumulation of Shandian seedlings decreased with the increase of NaCl and PEG-6000 concentration.The contents of malondialdehyde and proline in seedlings increased with the increase of NaCl and PEG-6000 concentration.The content of superoxide dismutase in seedlings decreased with the increase of NaCl and PEG-6000 concentration.The results of this study preliminarily showed that the seed germination rate,seedling morphology and related physiological indexes of the toxic plant Shandian had significant changes under abiotic stress.The results are helpful to carry out the basic research on the simulation of abiotic stress for the toxic plant Shandian,and provide a reference for further field cultivation and development.
