4种藤本植物的叶结构及叶绿素荧光特征比较 被引量:4

Comparison of Leaf Structure and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characteristics of Four Vines

摘要 为探明爬山虎、蔷薇、百香果、葡萄四种不同类型观赏藤本植物叶片荧光生理的变化规律,观测了叶结构、叶绿素素含量、叶绿素荧光参数的变化。结果表明,百香果的光合同化组织厚度、栅栏组织结构紧密度、叶绿素含量在四种藤本植物中均最高(P<0.05),其余三者的叶绿素含量无显著差异。四种植物的Fv/Fm均在0.7~0.8之间,无显著差异,葡萄>爬山虎>蔷薇>百香果;Y(II)为蔷薇(P<0.05)>百香果=爬山虎>葡萄(P<0.01);qP值为葡萄>爬山虎>百香果>蔷薇,除后两者处在同出一水平外,其余差异显著(P<0.05);NPQ值为蔷薇>爬山虎>葡萄>百香果,说明百香果的热耗散程度最低,且与其余三种差异显著(P<0.05);在快速光响应曲线中,百香果ETR数值一直极显著高于其余三种藤本植物,后三种之间无差异。综合4种园艺藤本植物的叶结构及叶绿素荧光特征分析,并结合各藤本植物的园林绿化实际表现,建议在闽北地区扩大百香果的应用。 In order to investigate the changes of leaf fluorescence physiology of four different types of ornamental vines,Rosa sp.,Parthenocissus tricuspidata,Vitis vinifera and Passiflora edulis,the structure of the leaves was observed,the content of green pigment and some fluorescence parameters were measured.The results showed that among he four vines,the photosynthetic tissue thickness,palisade tissue structure compactness and chlorophyll content of P.edulis were significantly higher than those of the other three.There were differences in leaf anatomical characteristics among the three,but there was no significant difference in chlorophyll content.Fv/Fm of the four vines ranged from 0.7 to 0.8,V.vinifera>P.tricuspidata>Rosa sp.>P.edulis,there is no difference between the four.There is a significant difference in Y(Ⅱ),Rosa sp.(P<0.05)>P.edulis=P.tricuspidata>V.vinifera(P<0.01).qP value was V.vinifera>P.tricuspidata>P.edulis>Rosa sp.,except the latter two were at the same level,the other differences were significant(P<0.05);NPQ value was Rosa sp.>P.tricuspidata>V.vinifera>P.edulis,indicating that P.edulis had the lowest degree of heat dissipation,and there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05);in the rapid light response curve,the ETR value of P.edulis was significantly higher than the other three,and there was no difference among the three species.Based on the comprehensive analysis of leaf structure and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of four kinds of horticultural vines,and combined with the actual landscape performance of each vine,it is suggested to expand the application of P.edulis in this area.
