退役士兵职业教育的现状、原因与对策

Investigation and Research on the Status Quo,Reasons and Countermeasures of Vocational Education for Retired Soldiers

退役士兵职业教育是退役士兵再教育和再就业的关键。目前存在退役士兵学历较低、培训政策解读不到位、培训技能不衔接等问题。应从源头入手,构建一体化“役前役后”相衔接的体系,采取军地联合、多措并举和建立职业士官培训院校等途径解决。

Vocational education and training is the key to re-education and reemployment of retired soldiers. At present, there are problems such as low starting point for retired soldiers,inadequate interpretation of training policies,and inconsistent training skills. Vocational education and training should start from the root,and build an integrated system of "pre-service and post-service" connections. It should be solved by means of military-civilian cooperation,taking multiple measures simultaneously,and establishing vocational training colleges for non-commissioned officers.
