文化建设是现代企业管理中的重要组成部分,要想做好企业文化建设工作,应不断提高员工文化素养、加强企业文化创新,同时构建起与企业发展一致的文化建设目标。在此过程中,工会组织发挥出了至关重要的作用。基于此,本文对工会组织与企业文化建设的关系与优势加以分析,就工会组织在企业文化建设中所发挥的重要作用,进而提出丰富员工文化生活形式、构建系统化文化建设体系等路径。

Cultural construction is an important part of modern enterprise management.In order to do a good job in corporate culture construction,we should continuously improve the cultural quality of employees,strengthen corporate cultural innovation,and at the same time build a cultural construction goal that is consistent with the development of the enterprise.In this process,trade unions played a crucial role.Based on this,this paper analyzes the relationship and advantages of trade union organizations and corporate culture construction,and puts forward paths such as enriching employees'cultural life forms and building a systematic cultural construction system based on the important role trade union organizations play in corporate culture construction.
