环保阻燃型喷涂聚氨酯硬泡的制备及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用自制含磷卤阻燃聚醚多元醇HLM-2014、芳香族聚酯二醇PS-3152及多异氰酸酯PM-200为主要原料,添加自制含磷卤阻燃剂HLY-2017,通过一步法聚合反应制备环保阻燃型喷涂聚氨酯硬泡(RPUF)。讨论了聚醚、催化剂、阻燃剂三者对RPUF性能的影响。研究表明,以100份多元醇为基准,阻燃聚醚三醇HLM-2014的添加量为60份、催化剂A-33和Am-1的添加量分别为6份和4份、耐水解阻燃剂HLY-2017为45份时,所制备的RPUF具有最佳的环保与阻燃效果,可兼顾材料力学性能与良好的存储性、经济性。 The environmental protection flame retardant polyurethane rigid foam( RPUF) was prepared by one-step polymerization reaction with self-made flame retardant polyether polyol HLM-2014, aromatic polyether diol PS-3152 and polyisocyanate PM-200 as the main raw materials and adding homemade flame retardant HLY-2017.The effects of polyether, catalyst and flame retardant on RPUF performance was discussed. The results showed that the RPUF prepared with 100 parts of polyols, 60 parts of HLM-2014, 6 parts of catalyst A-33 and 4 parts of catalyst Am-1,and 45 parts of hydrolyzation-resistant had the best environmental protection and flame retardant. It could achieve both mechanical properties,good storage and economy.
