大型风电叶片用真空灌注聚氨酯的开发研究 被引量:2

摘要 分别采用自产3010型双组分聚氨酯树脂及常规风电叶片用环氧树脂制备了纯树脂浇注试片,以双组分聚氨酯树脂与玻纤为原料,采用真空灌注方法制备了聚氨酯玻纤增强复合材料(FRP)。考察了聚氨酯树脂的混合黏度和凝胶时间及其浇注体的热变形温度,并与环氧树脂浇注体的力学性能进行对比;进一步研究了不同玻纤/聚氨酯FRP的力学性能。结果表明,3010型聚氨酯树脂在25℃下混合黏度为70 mPa·s、凝胶时间为120 min、浇注试片热变形温度为90℃。聚氨酯浇注试片在-40℃、23℃和50℃的拉伸强度均高于环氧树脂20%左右。聚氨酯FRP具有良好的机械性能和耐疲劳性,其中拉拉疲劳m值为10.68,高出玻纤/环氧树脂FRP约5%。 The pure resin casting test pieces were prepared by using self-produced 3010 two-component polyurethane resin and conventional epoxy resin separately. Polyurethane fiber reinforced composites(FRP) were prepared by vacuum pouring method with two-component polyurethane resin and glass fiber. The mixing viscosity and gel time of the polyurethane resin and the thermal deformation temperature of the cast body were studied, and the mechanical properties were compared with that of epoxy resin. The mechanical properties of different glass fiber/polyurethane FRP were further studied. The results showed that the mixing viscosity of 3010 polyurethane resin at25 ℃ was 70 mPa·s, the gel time was 120 min, and the thermal deformation temperature of the casting test piece was 90 ℃. The tensile strength of polyurethane test piece was about 20% higher than that of epoxy resin at-40 ℃,23 ℃ and 50 ℃. Polyurethane FRP had good mechanical properties and fatigue resistance, in which the tensiletensile fatigue valuemwas 10.68, which was about 5% higher than that of glass fiber/epoxy resin.
