锥光束乳腺CT与MRI对乳腺癌的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Cone Beam Breast CT with MRI in Breast Cancer

目的对比锥光束乳腺CT(CBBCT)、MRI以及两种检查结合对乳腺癌诊断方面的价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年3月本院收治的疑似乳腺癌患者共78例(共92个病灶),手术前均进行CBBCT和MRI检查,以术后病理报告或穿刺活检报告为标准,对比这三种检查方式对乳腺癌的准确度、敏感度和特异性。结果CBBCT检查诊断乳腺癌的准确度为92.39%(85/92),敏感度为93.98%(78/83),特异性为77.78%(7/9);MRI检查诊断乳腺癌的准确度为94.57%(87/92),敏感度为97.59%(81/83),特异性为66.67%(6/9);CBBCT联合MRI检查诊断乳腺癌的准确度为97.83%(90/92),敏感度为98.80%(82/83),特异性为88.89%(8/9)。对比三种检查方式,CBBCT联合MRI检查诊断乳腺癌的准确度、敏感度和特异性最高。结论CBBCT和MRI检查诊断乳腺癌各有其优劣处,联合使用CBBCT和MRI检查两种检查方法明显提高乳腺癌的准确度、敏感度和特异性。

Objective:To compare the value of cone-beam breast CT(CBBCT),MRI and the combination of the two examinations in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:A total of 78 patients(92 lesions)suspected of breast cancer in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected.CBBCT and MRI examinations were performed before operation.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of these three methods were compared with postoperative pathological reports or biopsy reports.Results:The accuracy of CBBCT in diagnosing breast cancer is 92.39%(85/92),the sensitivity is 93.98%(78/83),and the specificity is 77.78%(7/9).The accuracy of MRI in diagnosing breast cancer is 94.57%(87/92),the sensitivity is 97.59%(81/83),the specificity is 66.67%(6/9).The accuracy of CBBCT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of breast cancer is 97.83%(90/92),the sensitivity is 98.80%(82/83)and the specificity was 88.89%(8/9).Comparison of three methods for checking,CBBCT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of breast cancer has the highest accuracy,sensitivity and specificity.Conclusion:Both CBBCT and MRI examination have their advantages and disadvantages in the diagnosis of breast cancer.The combination of CBBCT and MRI examination can significantly improve the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of breast cancer.
