妇产科护理中落实优质护理的临床应用分析

Analysis of clinical application of high-quality nursing in obstetrics and gynecology

目的探究优质护理在妇产科护理中的实施效果。方法在2019年7月至2020年7月本院妇产科接受护理的患者中随机择选80例为研究对象,按随机数字方法分为研究组和对照组,每组患者各40例。对照组患者给予常规护理方案,研究组患者给予优质护理方案,分别就两组患者的护理满意度以及护理前后的焦虑、抑郁评分变化情况进行对比。结果研究组患者的护理满意度为97.5%,而对照组患者的护理满意度仅为80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在护理后,焦虑和抑郁评分均有不同程度的降低,但研究组患者的降低幅度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论优质护理对于妇产科患者护理效果显著,不仅可明显缓解患者自身焦虑、抑郁等不良心理,并且有利于良好护患关系的建立,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Method:From July 2019 to July 2020,all patients receiving care in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital randomly selected 80 cases as research objects,and divided them into research group and control group according to the random number method.There were 40 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given regular nursing plans,and patients in the study group were given high-quality nursing plans.The satisfaction of care and the changes in the scores of anxiety and depression before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 97.5%,while the nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was only 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients decreased to varying degrees,but the reduction of the patients in the study group was significantly greater than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:High-quality nursing care is effective for obstetrics and gynecology patients,not only can significantly relieve the patients'own anxiety,depression and other unhealthy psychology,but also facilitate the establishment of a good nurse-patient relationship,and has high clinical application value.
