重症手足口病患儿护理中实施“以家庭为中心”的护理模式的应用价值分析

Application value analysis of implementing the“family-centered”nursing model in the nursing of children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease

目的探究重症手足口病患儿护理中实施“以家庭为中心”的护理模式的应用价值。方法在本院2019年7月至2020年7月收治的所有重症手足口病患儿中随机择选80例为研究对象,使用随机数字方法进行随机分组,分为病例数均等的两组,即研究组和对照组。两组患儿均接受常规重症手足口病对症治疗,对照组患儿接受常规护理干预,研究组患儿接受“以家庭为中心”的护理干预。分别就两组患儿和家长的护理满意度、患儿退热平均时间、疱疹消退平均时间等进行对比。结果研究组患儿和家长的护理满意度为97.5%,而对照组患儿和家长的护理满意度仅有80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理效果方面,研究组患儿的平均退热时间为(1.3±0.2)d、疱疹消退平均时间为(4.5±1.3)d,而对照组两项指标分别为(2.4±0.7)d和(5.8±1.7)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“以家庭为中心”的护理模式对于重症手足口病患儿护理效果显著,不仅可明显缩短患儿的退热时间和疱疹消退时间,而且有利于建立良好的护患关系,值得临床应用。

Objective:To explore the application value of“family-centered”nursing mode in the nursing of children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:80 children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly selected as study subjects,randomly divided into two groups with equal number of cases,namely study group and control group.Both groups received conventional symptomatic treatment for severe hand-foot-mouth disease,the control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the study group received“family-centered”nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children and their parents,as well as the average time of fever reduction,the average time of herpes regression,were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of children and parents in the study group was 97.5%,while the nursing satisfaction of children and parents in the control group was only 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Aspects of nursing effect,the team with the average defervescence time was(1.3±0.2)d,herpes fade the average time was(4.5±1.3)d,two indicators and the control group,respectively(2.4±0.7)d and(5.8±1.7)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:“Family-centered”nursing mode for children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease nursing effect is remarkable,not only can obviously shorten the patient's fever and herpes fade time,but also to establish a good relationship between nurses and patients,worthy of clinical application.
