血液净化病人使用人性化护理的实施效果

The effect of implementing humanized nursing for patients with blood purification

目的对人性化护理在血液净化患者护理中的应用效果进行探究。方法选择本院收治的接受血液净化的患者116例纳入研究,选取时间为2018年9月至2020年6月。按照随机数字表法将其划分为甲组(n=58)和乙组(n=58)。甲组实施常规护理,乙组在此基础上实施人性化护理。对比两组的护理效果。结果甲组的并发症发生率为22.4%,乙组的并发症发生率为5.2%,乙组的并发症发生率明显低于甲组,数据检验P<0.05;甲组的护理满意度为81.0%,乙组的护理满意度为98.3%,乙组的护理满意度明显高于甲组,数据检验P<0.05。结论人性化护理在血液净化患者护理中的应用具有很好的效果,可以有效降低患者的并发症发生率,而且还能够提高其护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of blood purification patients.Methods:A total of 116 patients undergoing blood purification admitted to our hospital were selected for inclusion in the study,and the selection period was from September 2018 to June 2020.According to the random number table method,they are divided into group A(n=58)and group B(n=58).Group A implements routine care,and on this basis,group B implements humanized care.Compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results:The complication rate of group A was 22.4%,the complication rate of group B was 5.2%,and the complication rate of group B was significantly lower than that of group A,data inspection(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of group A was 81.0%,and the nursing satisfaction degree of group B was 98.3%;the nursing satisfaction degree of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,data inspection(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized nursing in the care of blood purification patients has a good effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of patients,and can also improve their nursing satisfaction.
