区域大学生创业环境优化研究——以廊坊市为例

Research on the Optimization of Regional College Students'Entrepreneurial Environment

自开展“双创双服”活动以来,廊坊市创新创业活力大幅提升,特别是大学生创业比例连年增加,但大学生创业人数及创业成功率远低于社会平均水平。分析影响大学生创业的四个主要环境维度,分别是政府政策、资金支持、高校创业教育和社会支持。通过网络问卷对廊坊市五所高校大学生进行调查分析,针对调查结果对廊坊市大学生创业环境提出有针对性的优化策略,即发挥区位优势,细化大学生创业政策支持;拓宽投融资渠道,创新金融产品和融资工具;深化高校创业教育改革,搭建大学生创业实践校内平台;加大社会创业园建设,加强创业宣传。

Since the launch of the"innovation and service"activity,Langfang's innovation and entrepreneurship vitality has been greatly improved,especially the proportion of college students'entrepreneurship has increased year after year,but the number and success rate of college students'entrepreneurship are far below the social average.This paper analyzes the four main environmental dimensions that affect college students'entrepreneurship,namely,government policies,financial support,entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and social support.Based on the investigation and analysis of college students in five colleges and universities in Langfang through online questionnaire,this paper puts forward targeted optimization strategies for college students'entrepreneurial environment in Langfang,that is,to give full play to the location advantages and refine the policy support for college students'entrepreneurship;Broaden investment and financing channels and innovate financial products and financing tools;Deepen the reform of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,and build a platform for college students'entrepreneurship practice;Increase the construction of social pioneering parks and strengthen entrepreneurship publicity.
