温室植物杀菌补光装置的设计

摘要 为解决温室大棚植物气传病害防治和弱光寡照补光问题,设计的杀菌补光装置主要由LED补光模块、杀菌模块、控制模块和电源模块等组成。杀菌模块包括进/出风口、UVC/臭氧处理腔室等,LED补光模块由LED驱动器和LED组合灯具等组成。采用智能、蓝牙无线遥控和Wi-Fi微信小程序三种控制方式,依据程序指令,单片机对光强传感器和臭氧传感器采集的光照强度和臭氧浓度信息,进行处理、判读,发出反馈信号,控制LED补光光源和杀菌装置工作。杀菌补光装置用于温室植物杀菌补光,高效环保、实用性强,市场前景广阔。 In order to solve the problems of low illumination and air borne diseases of greenhouse plants,the sterilization and supplementing light device is mainly composed of LED supplementing light module,sterilization module,control module and power module.The sterilization module includes inlet/outlet,UVC/ozone treatment chamber,etc.The LED light compensation module is composed of LED driver and LED combined lamps,etc.Three control modes are adopted:intelligent,bluetooth wireless remote control and Wifi Wechat applet.According to the program instruction,the single chip microcomputer processes and interprets the information of light intensity and ozone concentration collected by the light intensity sensor and ozone sensor,sends feedback signals,and controls the LED light compensation module and sterilization device.This design is used to sterilize and supply light for greenhouse plants.The design is efficient,environmental friendly and practical,which has a broad market prospect.
