硕士研究生自我效能感对学业拖延倾向的影响:一个有中介的调节模型

The influence of postgraduate self-efficacy on academic procrastination tendency:a mediated moderation model

为探讨硕士研究生自我效能感在自我控制、阻碍性科研压力影响下对学业拖延倾向的作用机制,采用硕士研究生学业拖延倾向量表、自我效能感量表、简式自我控制量表和阻碍性科研压力量表对807名硕士研究生进行问卷调查.结果发现:(1)被试的硕士研究生群体中具有中等及以上学业拖延倾向的占比为88.10%.(2)硕士研究生自我效能感与自我控制呈显著正相关,与学业拖延倾向、阻碍性科研压力均呈显著负相关.(3)在硕士研究生自我效能感对学业拖延倾向的影响间自我控制起到部分中介作用.(4)自我效能感对学业拖延倾向的直接作用受到阻碍性科研压力的调节效应影响.结论:硕士研究生自我效能感对学业拖延倾向产生直接作用的同时,受到自我控制的部分中介作用影响与阻碍性科研压力的调节效应影响.

In order to explore the mechanism of self-efficacy of postgraduates on academic procrastination tendency under the influence of self-control and obstructive research pressure,a questionnaire survey was carried out on 807 postgraduates using the Postgraduate Academic Procrastination Tendency Scale,the Self-Efficacy Scale,the Short Form Self-Control Scale and the Obstructive Research Scale.The results showed that:(1)88.10%of the subjects had a moderate or higher tendency to procrastinate in their studies.(2)The self-efficacy of postgraduates was significantly positively correlated with their self-control,and was significantly negatively correlated with academic procrastination tendency and obstructive research pressure.(3)Self-control played a partial mediating role in the influence of postgraduate self-efficacy on academic procrastination tendency.(4)The direct effect of self-efficacy on academic procrastination tendency is moderated by the regulatory effect of obstructive research pressure.Conclusion:The self-efficacy of postgraduates has a direct effect on the tendency of academic procrastination,and at the same time,it is affected by the partial mediating effect of self-control and the moderating effect of obstructive research pressure as well.
