劳动教育评价:从普通劳动引向教育变革与学生发展 被引量:5

摘要 劳动教育不是单纯的体力活动,而是力图达到“身心合一”境界的综合实践活动,是贯穿至人本身的必不可少的养成式教育类型。但是,原有的指向知识传递式的劳动教育评价无法把劳动教育引向正常的发展道路,并发挥应有的作用。为此,基于劳动教育评价的正确性、时效性、差异性、多元性、过程性和完整性构建新的劳动教育评价体系,促成劳动教育实施中的课程设置、教学评价、教学理念和教学手段变革,从而促进学生学习力、学习意愿、学习效果和学习意志的提升与转变,是新时代劳动教育实现良性发展的关键,也是激活学校办学活力和学生学习力与发展力的关键。 Labor education is not a simple physical activity,but a comprehensive practical activity trying to achieve the realm of“unity of body and mind”.It is an essential type of formative education that runs through people themselves.However,the original labor education evaluation pointing to knowledge transfer cannot lead labor education to the normal development path and play its due role.Therefore,based on the correctness,timeliness,difference,diversity,process and integrity of labor education evaluation,a new labor education evaluation system will be built to promote the reform of curriculum,teaching evaluation,teaching ideas and teaching means in the implementation of labor education,so as to promote the improvement and transformation of students’learning ability,learning desire,learning effect and learning will,which is not only the key to the benign development of labor education in the new era,but also the key to activate the vitality of running a school and students’learning and development.
