摘要
黄河经济带绿色发展关系到我国“一江”“一河”区域战略布局和如何走出一条生态保护和绿色发展协调推进的路子。采用黄河经济带2003—2017年地级市面板数据和空间双重差分设计,研究临空经济与区域绿色发展效率的因果关系。主要结果表明:临空经济区发展水平提高会促进自身城市加快绿色发展,长期内会遏制周边地区的绿色发展。因此,建议构建以临空经济和主要港口为核心的立体式现代交通体系,但要注意临空经济城市与周边地市产业资源合理配置,经济带城市应科学规划产业空间布局,推动产业结构高级化,避免当地过快产业集聚造成生态环境的恶化和资源过度开发。
The green development of the Yellow River Economic Belt is related to Chinese“one river”and“one river”regional strategic layout and how to find a way to coordinate ecological protection and green development.The causal relationship between airport economy and industrial agglomeration and regional green development efficiency is investigated using panel data and spatial difference-in-difference design for prefecture-level cities in the Yellow River Economic Zone from 2003-2017.Our results show that:the improvement of the development level of airport economy promotes the acceleration of green development of the city itself,but curbs the green development of surrounding areas in the long term.Therefore,it is recommended to build a three-dimensional modern transportation system with airport economy and major ports as the core,and pay attention to the rational allocation of industrial resources between airport economic cities and surrounding cities.Cities in economic belts should scientifically plan the industrial spatial layout to avoid the deterioration of the ecological environment and over-exploitation of resources caused by the local industrial agglomeration too fast.
