云南省绿色能源发电效率测度及对策研究——基于对抗型交叉评价DEA模型 被引量:3

摘要 基于对抗型交叉评价DEA模型,对云南省绿色能源发电效率从纵向时间、横向省际、全球视角进行测度。研究发现:云南省绿色能源发电效率在2011—2018年呈“V”型发展,从省份排名情况来看,云南省情况较好,但是在国际排名中比较靠后。科技水平、供需矛盾、体制机制、协同互补效应不足是影响云南省绿色能源发电效率的主要因素。根据研究结果,提出发展储能技术、延长产业链、完善体制机制、建立绿色能源基地等对策建议,为云南省进一步提升绿色能源发电效率、促进绿色能源产业高质量发展提供决策参考。 Based on the aggressive cross-evaluation DEA model,the green energy generation efficiency of Yunnan Province was measured from the vertical time,horizontal interprovincial and global perspectives.The study found that the green energy generation efficiency of Yunnan Province showed a“V”-shaped development from 2011 to 2018.From the perspective of provincial ranking,Yunnan Province has a good situation,but it is relatively low in the international ranking.The main factors affecting the efficiency of green energy generation in Yunnan Province are the level of science and technology,the contradiction between supply and demand,the system mechanism and the lack of synergistic and complementary effects.According to the research results,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,such as developing energy storage technology,extending the industrial chain,improving the system and mechanism,and establishing green energy bases,so as to provide decision-making reference for Yunnan Province to further improve the efficiency of green energy generation and promote the high-quality development of green energy industry.
