基于价值共创的智慧物流平台生态体系构建研究 被引量:12

摘要 传统物流体系已无法满足用户日益增长的多样化的个性需求,在大数据、人工智能、物联网、区块链等智能技术的驱动下,传统物流快速向智慧物流升级。智慧物流体系的构建旨在改变物流需求与供给不平衡的状态,促使各参与主体共同实现价值共创。基于价值共创理论,以我国最大的智慧物流平台传化网为研究对象,从以智能技术为支撑的智慧物流生态体系的价值主张、基于强化平台竞争的资源整合能力、营造良性物流生态体系的价值实现三个方面对智慧物流的生态体系协同机制进行剖析,并构建智慧物流生态体系模型。对以客户价值为导向的智慧物流供应链相关研究具有理论贡献,同时,对物流行业持续改善成本、提升服务质量和服务效率等方面具有实践指导意义。 Traditional logistics enterprises have been unable to meet the growing diversified logistics needs of users.Driven by intelligent technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,and block chain,traditional logistics is rapidly upgrading to intelligent logistics.The construction of intelligent logistics system aims to change the unbalanced state of logistics demand and supply,so that all participants can realize value co-creation.Based on the theory of value creating,with the largest China’s smart platform Transfar logistics network as the case study object,the research analyzes the ecosystem of wisdom logistics synergy mechanism and then constructs an ecological wisdom logistics system model from the following three aspects:service value proposition of smarted logistics ecosystem supported by the intelligent technology,resource integration capacity based on the strengthening competition of logistics platform,and the value realization of benign logistics ecological system.It has a theoretical contribution to the research of customer-oriented smart logistics supply chain,and a practical guiding significance for the logistics industry to continuously reduce the cost,improve the service quality and service efficiency.
