广东省中心镇新型城镇化质量时空特征及驱动机制

Spatial and Temporal Dynamics of the New Urbanization Quality of Central Towns in Guangdong Province and Its Influencing Factors

针对镇域新型城镇化研究缺失的现状,以广东省中心镇为研究对象,在构建镇域新型城镇化质量评价指标体系与评价模型的基础上,对2006年、2009年、2012年中心镇新型城镇化时空演变特征及其驱动机制进行分析。研究发现:(1)新型城镇化发展质量大幅度提升,且区域间差异持续缩小,但仍呈现出明显的空间集聚与分异特征。总体来说,珠三角地区的中心镇新型城镇化质量较高且呈空间集聚态势,粤东次之,粤西粤北新型城镇化质量整体最低且有小规模低质量集聚区。(2)自然条件、资源禀赋及交通区位等基础条件、经济发展水平、上级政府的推力及本地政府的拉力等对其时空演变产生重要影响。最后,提出促进广东省中心镇新型城镇化高质量协调发展的政策建议。

There is relatively little published research on town-level new urbanization.This study contributes to filling the research gap.Taking Guangdong Province as an example,we construct an evaluation framework for town-level new urbanization quality analysis,and take Guangdong Province as an example.We evaluate town level new urbanization quality of the central towns in Guangdong Province in 2006,2009,and 2012,separately,and analyze the spatial and temporal dynamics and its influencing factors.The findings are as follows:(1)The new urbanization quality of central towns in Guangdong Province are rising sharply and the disparity is decreasing continuously;spatially,the new urbanization quality shows an decreasing trend from the center(Pearl river delta region)to the periphery(Yuedong,then Yuexi,and Yuebei region);the high quality towns and the low quality towns shows spatial agglomeration trend respectively,with the high-high clustering mainly in Pearl river delta region and the low-low clustering mainly in Yuebei and Yuexi region.(2)The natural endowment,the location and traffic conditions,the economic development level and the role of government of different levels shape the distribution and dynamics of new urbanization quality of the central towns in Guangdong Province.We thus put forward some policy suggestions accordingly.
