摘要
以活性炭、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇为包埋载体,氯化钙、硼酸为交联剂,通过Box-behnken响应面法优化固定化方案,制备由异养硝化-好氧反硝化菌Pseudomonas indoloxydans LJ9、Pseudomonas mendocina YG8、Paracoccus versutus LJ2组成的复合菌剂,验证固定化复合菌剂的脱氮效果。结果表明:包埋载体最佳组合为聚乙烯醇10%,海藻酸钠3%,活性炭1%;交联剂最佳配比为硼酸3%,氯化钙1%,交联剂总体积为100 mL;固定化异养硝化菌剂96 h时NH^(+)_(4)-N去除率、总氮(TN)去除率分别为97.84%,93.12%;固定化好氧反硝化菌剂在72 h NO^(-)_(3)-N去除率、TN去除率分别为100%,85.67%。
Activated carbon,sodium alginate and polyvinyl alcohol are used as embedding carriers,and calcium chloride and boric acid are used as crosslinking agents.The immobilization scheme is optimized by box Behnken response surface method to prepare a composite bacterial agent composed of heterotrophic nitrifying aerobic denitrifying bacteria Pseudomonas indolexydans LJ9,Pseudomonas mendocina YG8 and Paracoccus versutus LJ2.Moreover,the nitrogen removal effects are verified for the immobilized compound bacteria agent.The results show that the best combination of embedding carrier is 10%polyvinyl alcohol,3%sodium alginate and 1%activated carbon.The optimum ratio of crosslinking agent is 3%boric acid,1%calcium chloride,and the total volume of crosslinking agent is 100 mL.The removal rates of NH^(+)_(4)-N and total nitrogen(TN)during 96 h are respectively 97.84%and 93.12%for the immobilized heterotrophic nitrification agent.The removal rates of NO^(-)_(3)-N and TN during 72 h are respectively 100%and 85.67%for the immobilized aerobic denitrification agent.
