聚苯乙烯微球模板法石墨烯类多孔碳材料的制备及电催化性能 被引量:4

摘要 以乳液聚合法制备的聚苯乙烯微球为模板合成了聚苯胺/聚苯乙烯微球,以改进Hummer's法制备的氧化石墨烯和六水合氯化镍(NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O)制备含镍离子的氧化石墨烯;将聚苯胺/聚苯乙烯微球与含镍离子的氧化石墨烯均匀混合后,经高温碳化制备出氮掺杂三维多孔碳材料。以此材料为电极测试了硝基苯酚和葡萄糖的电催化性能,结果显示,两种物质的检出限均为10^(-7) mol·L^(-1)。表明此电极材料可以用于对硝基苯酚和葡萄糖痕量分析。 Polyaniline/polystyrene microspheres was synthesized by template method of polystyrene microspheres that are prepared by emulsion polymerization.Graphene oxide containing nickel ions is prepared by reaction of graphene oxide prepared by the improved Hummer's method and nickel chloride hexahydrate(NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O);After uniformly mixing polyaniline/polystyrene microspheres and graphene oxide containing nickel ions,a nitrogen-doped 3D porous carbon material is prepared via high-temperature carbonization.This material is applied as an electrode to test the electrocatalytic performance of nitrophenol and glucose.Experimental results suggest that the detection limitation for both substances are 10^(-7) mol·L^(-1).It supports that this electrode material can be used for trace analysis of p-nitrophenol and glucose.
