摘要
利用溶液中原位反应过程制备以碳纳米管为载体的硫化镉—碳纳米管纳米复合材料。通过水溶液中的氯化镉与硫代乙酰胺进行反应在碳纳米管载体上生成沉积硫化镉粒子。研究结果表明:调整反应温度条件可以控制生成硫化镉粒子的晶型,常温下有利于合成碳纳米管承载的四方相硫化镉纳米复合材料体系,加热条件下有利于合成碳纳米管承载的六方相硫化镉纳米复合材料体系。研究结果对基于纳米硫化镉的纳米复合材料的物性调控技术具有重要指导意义。
The nanocomposites,with the form of cadmium sulfide(CdS)being carried by carbon nanotubes(CNTs),were prepared by in-situ solution chemical reaction.By chemical reaction of cadmium chloride and thioacetamide in aqueous solutions dispersed by CNTs,CdS nanoparticles carried on CNTs with homogeneous distribution were prepared.The CdS/CNTs nanocomposites were characterized,and indicated that the crystal structure of nanocomposites could be controlled by temperature conditions during the solution reaction processes.Cubic phase crystal structure was formed upon the room temperature,but the heating condition trend to drive the generation of hexagonal phase structure.Research results paved the way for guiding the technology of synthesizing the CdS incorporated nanocomposites with different properties and performances.
