摘要
为研究外源水杨酸在低温胁迫下对菜豆种子萌发及生理生化特征的影响,以低温敏感型的菜豆品种“热那亚”为实验材料,设置CK(常温对照),LT(低温对照)以及LT+SA 3个处理,统计菜豆种子的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数,测定其各项生理指标。结果表明:与低温对照比,施加外源水杨酸后菜豆种子的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数显著提高;抗氧化酶POD、SOD、CAT的活性显著提高,O^(-)_(2)、MDA的含量降低,渗透调节物质含量上升。由此说明:施加外源水杨酸可以进一步缓解低温胁迫对菜豆种子萌发的抑制,提高了菜豆种子的萌发能力以及抗寒性,旨在为菜豆低温条件下生产提供理论依据。
To study the effect of exogenous salicylic acid on the germination and physiological and biochemical characteristics of kidney bean seeds under low temperature stress,the low temperature sensitive kidney bean variety“Renaya”was used as the experimental material,three treatments of CK(normal temperature control group),LT(low temperature control group)and LT+SA were set up.The germination rate,germination potential and germination index of the kidney bean seeds were counted,and various physiological indexes were determined.The results showed that compared with the low temperature control,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of bean seeds were significantly increased after applying exogenous salicylic acid,the activities of antioxidant enzymes POD,SOD and CAT were significantly increased,the contents of O^(-)_(2) and MDA were decreased,and the content of osmotic adjustment substances were increased.The results suggested that the application of exogenous salicylic acid could further alleviate the inhibition of low temperature stress on the germination of kidney bean seeds,and improved the germination ability and cold resistance of common bean seeds,which aimed to provide a theoretical basis for the production of common bean under low temperature conditions.
