摘要
在17世纪上半叶中西文化交流的历史背景中,最早进入中国的耶稣会士带来了《福音历史图集》。对该图集进行模仿的劳费尔画册中有一幅写有“玄宰笔意”的画。本文在巴恩哈特(Richard Barnhart)对劳费尔画册的研究基础上,对中国画师有关西方艺术的理解及“误解”进行讨论。本文比较了《福音历史图集》所体现的欧洲绘画理念与董其昌所崇尚的和禅宗有密切关系的晚明绘画理念的异同。
This paper mainly discusses how Chinese people received Evangelicae Historiae Imagines according to their own understanding of the historical background of Sino-Western cultural exchanges in the first half of the 17th century.Evangelicae Historiae Imagines was a collection of paintings,one of which was the basis for a copy by Berthold Laufer,which was brought by the Jesuits to China.Based on Richard Barnhart’s research on Laufer’s painting,this paper focuses on the Chinese painters’particular understanding of Western art,comparing the concept of European art embodied in the Evangelicae Historiae Imagines with the art theory advocated by Dong Qichang and closely related to Zen.
