摘要
基于计划行为理论,构建了一个有调节作用的中介模型探究感知上级信任对下属反生产行为的影响。在分析481份调查问卷的基础上,运用回归和Bootstrap统计方法对研究假设和模型进行验证。结果表明:感知上级信任对反生产行为有直接负向影响,还能通过消极情绪的中介作用降低员工的反生产行为倾向;控制点调节了感知上级信任和消极情绪的关系,即控制点越高,感知上级信任对消极情绪的负面影响就越强。
On the basis of the theory of planned behavior(TPB),a moderated meditational model is constructed to explore the influences of feeling trust by supervisors on counter-productive behavior of subordinates.By the analysis of 481 questionnaires,regression and Bootstrap statistical methods are used to verify the research hypothesis and model.The results show that feeling trust by supervisors has direct negative effects on counter-productive behaviors,and it can also reduce the employees’tendency of counter-productive behavior through the mediating effect of negative emotions.The locus of control moderates the relationship between feeling trust by supervisors and negative emotions,in other words,the higher the locus of control exists,the stronger the negative effect of feeling trust by supervisors on negative emotions is.
