摘要
在经济全球化的时代背景下,以我国高新技术企业331名员工为研究对象,采用多层回归分析的方法探讨组织文化对创新绩效的影响,并揭示工作投入的中介效应,以此拓展和丰富组织文化对创新绩效的研究范围和内在机制,同时为高新技术企业的管理实践提供理论指导。研究表明:组织文化对创新绩效具有正向影响;组织文化对工作投入具有正向影响;工作投入对创新绩效具有正向影响;工作投入在组织文化和创新绩效的关系中具有部分中介效应。
Under the background of economic globalization,this study investigates 331 employees in high-tech firms of China to explore the influences of organizational culture on innovation performance and to reveal the mediating effect of work engagement by multilayer regression method,in order to expand and enrich the research scope and inner mechanism of organizational culture on innovation performance,as well as to provide theoretical guidance for the management practice of high-tech firms.The results show that organizational culture has a positive effect on innovation performance;Organizational culture has a positive effect on work engagement;Work engagement has a positive effect on innovation performance;Work engagement has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between organizational culture and innovation performance.
