提高新疆硫磺沟煤成浆性实验研究

摘要 为提高新疆硫磺沟煤的成浆性能,通过提高添加率,改变煤粉粒度分布,利用中煤、乌冬、黑山3种煤与硫磺沟煤掺配混合制浆,进行成浆性实验。结果显示:硫磺沟煤可以单独制浆,但稳定性较差。单一成浆最优条件为:添加率为2.0‰,煤浆浓度最高为62.84%,此时煤浆黏度为579 mPa·s。随着煤粉通过率的提高,硫磺沟煤成浆黏度逐渐增加,稳定性明显提高。中煤、乌冬、黑山均能不同程度地提高硫磺沟煤的成浆性。硫磺沟煤与乌冬煤掺配后,煤浆稳定性的提高最为明显,与中煤质量比为4∶6时,浓度可达65.79%,黏度为578 mPa·s。 In order to improve the slurryability of coal from Xinjiang Sulphur Gully,slurry is experimentally prepared by blending the coal from Xinjiang Sulphur Gully with coal sources from ChinaCoal,Udong and Heishan,at varied blending ratios and distribution of coal particle size.Results reveal that coal from Xinjiang Sulphur Gully alone can be made into slurry,but with comparatively poor stability.Slurry prepared from this single coal source is the best,viscosity of 579 mPa·s,when addition ratio is 2.0 ‰ and maximum slurry concentration is 62.84%.The viscosity of coal slurry from Xinjiang Sulphur Gully gradually increases,and its stability is significantly improved as the pass rate of coal particles rises.Though blending with coal from ChinaCoal,Udong and Heishan can all improve the slurryability of coal from Xinjiang Sulphur Gully at varying degrees,stability of the slurry was the most significantly improved when blended with coal from Udong.At a mass ratio of 4∶6 with ChinaCoal sources,the concentration of blended slurry could reach 65.79%,and the viscosity is 578 mPa·s.
